by Lauren Thompson As an independent hairstylist in Fort Worth, I created Kind Hair Co. to offer a more personal and thoughtful approach to hair care, specializing in personalized haircuts, dimensional color, highlights, and gray blending in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Here, hair care is personal, thoughtful, and never intimidating. My approach is collaborative and focused on creating beautiful, healthy hair that feels like you—whether you’re ready for a change, maintaining a look you love, or simply looking for a stylist you feel comfortable coming back to. At Kind Hair Co., beauty begins with kindness. I created this space with the belief that the way we care for ourselves matters just as much as the way we care for one another. My own journey has taught me the importance of choosing gratitude, slowing down, and finding joy in the everyday moments, and those values are at the heart of the experience I want to create for every person in my chair. I care to use thoughtful, clean ingredients that support healthy hair and well-being. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Kind Hair Co., every appointment is reserved especially for you. In order to respect the time of all guests and ensure availability for everyone, please review the following policies: Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and any no-show will incur a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled in order to stay on schedule for the next guest. Applicable cancellation fees may apply. Card on File A valid card will be required to reserve your appointment. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances Life happens, and emergencies are always considered on a case-by-case basis. If an unexpected situation arises, please reach out as soon as possible.
